Wouldnt do any work with this firm in the future. Took months to pay a small invoice for works carried out at one of their managed properties. Kept asking to change the invoice address, all squabbling between each other who's department had the authority to issue payment. Complete circus full of clowns.

I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire

GoogleI recently used Strutt & Parker to sell my town house in Ashburton having used them in the past to sell a period cottage near Honiton. As before I received an excellent level of service and with the help and expertise of James Baker and Tom Shuttleworth I achieved the full asking price on both occasions.
