GoogleSarah Jane (SJ) helped us sell a much loved family home during the winter of 2018. From the very first meeting we knew we were in the very best hands. SJ was extremely professional, dynamic and great to work with. She and Willa valued the house, managed the creation of a beautiful brochure, arranged immediate viewings with perfectly matched potential buyers and secured three offers in two weeks for our house. SJ is a thorough, professional and effective negotiator, she helped us choose the right buyer and was proactive through every step of the selling process to make sure the sale went through with as few wrinkles as possible. SJ really is brilliant and her team are also excellent in support. We couldn't recommend Savills, SJ and Willa highly enough. Thank you SJ, Willa and Savills.

GoogleMike Townsend acting as Arbitrator i.e. supposed to be independent. Didn't carry out a thorough conflict check. Didn't inform us when he did find out. Due to the conflict of interest eventually had to stand down. 7 emails and two letters cost £1006.20 inc VAT supposed to be paid by both sides. If he doesn't receive payment then he can refuse to stand down so the case can't carry on. Other side (his colleague's clients) haven't paid. Therefore we feel blackmailed to pay whole bill. Very Professional.....
