Chris and Greg looked after the sale of our cob farmhouse and numerous outbuildings. This was not a straightforward sale due to the mixed use however Savills Exeter introduced a good number of potential buyers and eventually we sold at close to our original anticipated value. We were introduced to SJ by a former colleague and mutual friend of hers who knew she would be the very person to help us solve an extremely difficult split freehold. SJ gave so much of her time to listening not only to us but also to the other party concerned and we were soon able to untangle the impasse.
