GoogleIn this age of multi internet sites and automated systems it is really nice to find a company that is just good at communicating, listening to what I want, and doing a great job for their clients. It may be simple but it is so often missing from many other agents and when Knight Frank say they will do something they just do it.

In spite of a solicitor who will remain nameless but is a disgrace to her profession, the ONLY reason this deal happened was because of the gargantuan efforts made by Mark Procter who is by a country mile, the best agent I've experienced in 35 years of numerous house moves . GoogleAfter a very disappointing year with another estate agent we appointed Knight Frank Exeter and I was just amazed at the difference. Richard Speedy came to our house within 3 days - he was charming, professional and genuinely interested in selling our 'difficult to sell' house! Brave man! We had three viewings almost immediately (accompanied by the very charming Liz - whom I'm sure could sell absolutely anything!) one of whom bought. Amazing, all so easy and stress free. We took Richard's advice to have professional photographs taken and I'm glad we did - he was right, it just makes all the difference. I have been very impressed indeed (especially by Richard and Liz) and would not hesitate to use and recommend Knight Frank Exeter again, if ever I get over the nervous breakdown caused by moving!

The whole team gave good advice, in what has to be very difficult times with Brexit uncertainty, as to realistic pricing and advertising strategy.
