GoogleDon’t use their Law service, Spicketts Battrick or Spicerhaart, they will over charged you , much more than initially quoted. They are also slow and incompetent. Made my initial mortgage offer expired! Never use them! The solicitor dealt with is called Karen Moses and Ryan Greenhough , assistant called Michelle Bebb.NegativeQuality, Value

GoogleHaart Exeter have done a great job in dealing with sale of my property, I've dealt mainly with Jenny, Alex and Seb along with Dean the financial adviser. They are all really professional, they've kept in touch all the time, I've never had to chase them for a response. They've managed the process really well and hopefully achieved a really great outcome for me.

GoogleSuch a friendly team who were a pleasure to deal with. My purchase went through in 8 weeks! The in-house mortgage broker supported me well throughout the nitty-gritty and the Haart team were always ready to jump up and help with anything I needed - whether going to visit the property again, mailing documents to solicitors, or negotiating the completion date I wanted. Very helpful staff who intuitively understand your needs, requirements and are just brilliant at tailoring everything to your plan and property search. I would especially highlight Stephanie as she is helping me with my property search. She is incredibly interpersonal, proactive, relevant and professional, who definitely exceeds expectations.
