I could not have asked for a smoother moving process! Charlotte, Sam and Jenny were all great during the sale process, they worked incredibly hard to get me the best price for my flat. When I hit a snag with the first buyer I had, they found me a new one within a week or so. After the sale was agreed, having regular communication with their move manager, Jonny, was really helpful. If there were any questions or issues it was great having a dedicated person to talk to. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Haart!

I recently sold my house with Haart Exeter using Sam Davies. I had no idea how to go forward in selling having never done it before, but Sam was reassuring, kind, friendly and helped me with everything whilst making sure we got a great price for the house. Hi, i found Charlotte Brooks and the Haart estate agency in Exeter were brilliant. The were a great help to me. Helping me to make a decision about a property they were advertising. Charlotte gave me a lot of time and all the information i needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte answered all my questions fully. I would never of realised how great the property was. The detail and the genuine enthusiasm Charlotte had for the property was difficult to ignore. I have put an offer on the table for the vendors consideration. That was only because of Charlotte. We recently purchased through Haart, as first time buyers and it honestly would have been so much more difficult and stressful without the help of Jenny and James. Jenny has been really pro-active in chasing things up for us and trying to hurry things along. Haart have been so accommodating, with James taking time of of his Saturday to help us get some bits into the house, prior to our move- just to help us out. They have been super understanding and supportive and we are really grateful they have been with us for this process. In the initial viewing process James was probably the best agent we worked with, he was very friendly and professional and we were extremely happy to be working with haart during our purchase as a result. During the buying phase we worked with both James and Jenny, we received top notch communication from both of them and we were extremely happy with our service. Our only complaint is that we went with their affiliated conveyancers (spickets batterick) on reccomendation that it would speed up the process which sadly wasn't the case. We had a particularly bad experience with them which I know wasn't the fault of the agents but felt that it was worth mentioning for anyone looking to work with haart. James Baker has been extremely helpful. I have called maybe fifteen estate agents telling them that I am soon to be a cash buyer when my house sells in London. James Barker has been absolutely brilliant with communicating back and forth throughout my home search. Every time I have needed anything he is right on it In getting back to me and following up. This weekend in particular he set up a house showing for me through facetime since I am out of the country. Charlotte has been incredibly proactive and professional since we registered with her. She calls me whenever something suitable becomes available and when she can she will give me a ‘heads up’ prior to advertising. Charlotte regularly checked in with me to see how my property search was going, and was super patient when things were on hold my end in progressing my search. I am in the process of selling my buy to let property and can truly say, that Haart of Exeter did not disappoint! The whole team is very knowledgeable and caring and always just a phone call away. I mainly dealt with Alex , who actually found me not one, but two buyers for my property. She is such a dream to work with, nothing ever seems too much trouble and she is always cheerful and even when she had to deal with complex question, she was attentive to detail and kept me informed all the way during the negotiations. Alex always listened to me carefully and also took note of my various suggestions .She is always very friendly and patient, leaving no stone un-turned and thus got me TWO excellent offers from two different buyers, one of which i have now accepted. Tom has been amazing helping us to sell our house . We sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market. Tom has always been very helpful and friendly both face to face and on the phone helping with any queries we've had. He had not long started with Haart when we put our house up for sale and I have to say he's done amazingly . I'm currently with haart at the moment and have to say apart from one person the rest have been awful in Exeter branch. Were initially assigned a member of staff Josh who valued house, really nice chap thought it strange as we didn't here from him in a week, turned out he'd left under mutual consent so assigned another member of staff (new) again didn't here for 3 days so called, and turned out he'd been let go and again no one told us and then in comes the New manager Leanne who is senior manager. She has been terrible! She has been changing our pricing with consent, trying to sell our house under value, laughing at us when we didn't accept the offer £35,000 under her cohort in Plymouths valuation, bad mouthing other members of staff to me saying they were not doing a thoroughly effective job, she is everything you don't want at an estate agency. It's like harping back to the 1990's in her approach. She is arrogant and pushy. Doesn't do any research on areas or pricing so knowledge is questionable. I've caught her out a number of times! In short stay well away from her. Jordon in Plymouth who's senior branch manger is very nice and professional and Victoria in Exeter is lovely!

Stephanie was always so helpful and friendly making the whole process so much more relaxed and she could never do enough to help , going out of her way on many occasions . We are part way through the process of selling and so far everything has been excellent. Attention to detail and a feeling that nothing is left to chance is really helpful when there is so much else going on at the moment. Calls are always answered or returned immediately and the current situation is always shared the moment anything changes or questions need to be asked. Little things like always being on time for appointments, being positive and instantly feeling at ease at handing the keys of your house over so that clients can be shown around really mean that the 5 star review is deserved. John has been great and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to marketing and Stephanie has been wonderful with a great attitude, lots of knowledge, the ability to learn a property quickly and bundles of energy. So far so good - if I get the chance Ill write another review once we have sold and broken out the bubbly :-)

I'm really happy with my service from Haart in Exeter. Aimee has been our main contact to date and has been helpful and professional throughout. She took some fantastic photos of our property which helped us to gain lots of interest and viewings straight away. She also gave me her mobile phone number and would answer emails out of hours when she could tell I was worried about something. The team at Haart genuinely seem to want to get the best buyer for you and Aimee has been very thorough in doing checks on prospective buyers and provides sound and savvy advice. She's very determined and will give it her all to help you sell your house. It seems like a good team in the Exeter office, who work together to provide a really first class service.
