I employed Exeter Haart to sell a property for me, their commission charges were not the lowest,but I wanted a good company to handle my sale, and I have not been disappointed. Both Jonathan and Stephanie have been brilliant,not only in their professional manner, but also helpfulness in keeping me regularly updated with viewings and progress. It was important for me that the purchaser also felt they had had a fair deal. Keys were given to them so I had nothing to do but wait for a purchaser which came very quick after putting the property on the market. Sale now complete thankyou.

Having met several agents we decided that none of the others could compete with Jon's professionalism and determination to achieve the quick sale that we needed. The people at Haart, Exeter really helped us with selling our house, it was sold before it went online. James is the one who I first spoke to when we decided to sell our house. We haven't had any problems, they have been brilliant. For example: valuated the house, got the viewings, kept in contact, very professional and very good service. They sold my house very quickly. The team at Haarts Exeter were incredibly helpful and friendly and kept in constant contact with us whilst selling our house in Exeter. They confirmed every viewing and provided excellent feedback afterwards. Emails phone calls and questions were always quickly responded to - we never had to wait for an answer. They were also honest and open about the valuation and what they felt was the best price at which to set our house and the consequence of this is we've accepted an offer three weeks after putting it on the market. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking to sell.

Stephanie and Jonathan were brilliant helping me finding my first home. I had no clue what I was doing and walked in and they sorted me out with a Mortgage Advisor (Thanks Sam!) and setting my first viewings up.
