we received a very good service from Haart. Our initial visit from Jonathan Keyte showed off some very unique features Haart provide such as a video of stand-out features of the property or area you are trying to sell. The photos were all professionally taken and really showed off our properties in its best colours. The floor plan was up in no time and it was very quickly put online for all to see. Stephanie Hammond provided a great customer service and kept us up to date regularly on all the bookings she was making for viewings of our property. Sam from 'JustMortgages' who is based in the Haart estate agents building was also very helpful and provided a quick, clear and enjoyable service when sorting us out with the best deal possible. Overall, a service worth paying for, you won't regret it.

My partner and I have been searching for our next home and during this process, we have dealt with a number of various estate agents in Exeter. We can honestly say that we have found the process quite stressful and overwhelming, trying to find the perfect home and taking lot's of different aspects into consideration. When we met with Aimee from Haart of Exeter, we viewed a beautiful family home and it was the first viewing we came out of feeling positive and that all of our worries and questions had been answered. Her knowledge was invaluable, she had gone the extra mile to do her research for us on the local area and amenities, telling us about the community groups, local schools, transport links, and more. Her communication between us and the seller was also second to none, with any questions we had being responded to in a matter of hours and nothing was too much hassle - the type of thing we have found ourselves waiting several days for with other agents. She really took the time to listen and understand what was important to us in choosing our next home and catered to this. Aimee's customer service has been outstanding.

I just wanted to feed back on my recent experience with Aimee Clist, (Exeter branch). I had just had a very off putting experience with another company. Aimee has restored my faith in selling my property and with her help finding what and where I want to move to. She was smart, (in dress code as well as intelligence), professional, I had confidence that she knew what she was talking about, and not 'bullshitting' to please me. Also she has responded very quickly with the valuation and has already made some creative suggestions, which is helping me approach the decisions I am having to make about the moving house with less anxiety.

First met with several estate agents last year - Haart were very real, personable and showed such experience, so I promised to go back to them when ready to move - which I have done. They have been really efficient, excellent in communication and put me right at ease. They got my house on social media and an open day was organised within two days of meeting the Manager... Fingers crossed this excellent customer service continues and is successful - another thing that I REALLY appreciate is that I am never left long without them getting in touch and keeping me up to date. I will update again when sold! :)
