GoogleLovely staff, very responsive to any query. This is the first lettings agency I’ve used where I’ve felt very looked after as a tenant and had my needs accommodated as much as property owner’s.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleExtremely poor communication, refusal to assist in any part of the upkeep of the property where it fell beyond the responsibility or capability of the tenants, tiring uphill vetting process. Avoid this company.

GoogleWould never use again. Excessive and harsh check out process when you leave a rental property. We had a burglary and Dormans wouldn't foot the bill for the repair of the patio door.
