We’ve just bought a house in Exeter through Cooksleys and we’ve been particularly impressed with how the assistant manager Daisy did everything possible to ensure the purchase was successful and the chain didn’t break. She was friendly, explained things thoroughly and was very proactive and i would certainly consider using Cooksleys in the future!

Daisy, Duncan and team at Cooksleys (Exeter) did a fantastic job in marketing and selling our house in what was (is) a challenging market. Our house was one that had ‘potential’ and needed the agents to be positive and solution orientated in their response to people viewing. Where do I start wouldn’t fix anything in the property and took £125 out the deposit for nothing. The property had mould kitchen appliances broke and it took months to get them fixed. In my personal opinion DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
