GoogleI rented through Cooksleys for 12 years and have always found them to be super supportive and friendly. I always felt like they respected that, although a rental property, the house was our home and they were considerate of this during the regular inspections. Thank you to the lettings team help at the end of our tenancy, if we ever need to find a rental property again we would not hesitate in contacting Cooksleys again.

GoogleExcellent Service We recently sold our Pinhoe property through Cooksleys of Exeter. From start to finish the service and support was excellent. Having been left frustrated by a national estate agent brand earlier in the year we decided to market our house with a local independent. Sales agent Daisy was assigned our property and worked hard to generate and arrange viewings. We were very impressed with her constant communication, updating us on viewers feedback and keeping in touch, even at quieter times. On accepting an offer Daisy supported us through the weeks that followed, communicating between ourselves, the buyers and all parties solicitors. We are very grateful for the effort put into the sale of our house and we acknowledge that Daisy on behalf of Cooksleys was instrumental in achieving offer to sale completion in just seven weeks. Thank you to Duncan , Daisy and the entire team. We would not hesitate to recommend Cooksleys of Exeter.

GoogleDaisy and the team at Cooksleys are absolutely wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in the Exeter area. They were honest and reassuring from day one and made an incredibly stressful process much more bearable! I was given regular updates throughout the process so felt in the loop at all times, and always received quick and extensive responses to any queries I had. Absolute no brainer when it comes to choosing an estate agent in the future!

GoogleI have received the best service from Cookleys letting service especially from Kym Hamilton from the day we went for house viewing until the day we moved in. She has always been so open to assisting us and always so friendly…I can say she really does have the utmost patience with her clients. Kym is prompt when it comes to attending to any enquiries we raise and if there’s a challenge she has always been open to attend to it and come up with solutions. We look forward to still work with her as we accommodate our new rental.

GoogleCooksleys have been great when selling our 2 bedroom end of terrace house. Our agent Jaz came round and took pictures and the house was on the market within 24 hours. We got a weekly report about statistics from Rightmove, and Jaz kept us up to date about interest and potential viewings. We accepted an offer within a week of it being listed. Mary was exceptionally helpful towards the end of the process when nearing exchange and completion, and I'd like to thank her for her determination and updates. I really don't think it would have happened when it did without her. Thank you.

GoogleWe've just bought our first house, with Daisy as our vendors' agent. Having heard plenty of horror stories about dealing with estate agents, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Daisy was responsive and always helpful. She went the extra mile to keep us updated, often without being asked, and was a great conduit between all parties. If the time comes when we want to move somewhere new, Daisy will be our first call.

GoogleFrom the day I first met Duncan to view the property to the day the sale was completed I cannot praise more highly the staff and management of Cookley's. A special mention goes to the Sales Negotiator Daisy who attended the viewings and kept me abreast of developments leading to the sale. In addition when the sale was stalling due to legal technicalities between the solicitors Daisy was instrumental in resolving the impasse. Daisy is a star and a credit to her employer. I wasn’t really sure of how the process worked since it’s my first time renting but Kym assisted me throughout the whole process from viewing to the last step of collecting my keys. She was really thorough throughout the entire process and communicating with me which made me feel confident every step of the way. I am so pleased to finally have my own space!!.

GoogleWe recently signed a lease through Cooksleys. We could not be happier with the service Kym provided. She was extremely quick and helpful with her responses and you can tell she goes out of her way to make things easier for tenants, not just the landlords. The condition vs price of the properties also seem very competitive after a long search through other agencies.

GoogleI had a great experience with Cooksleys - Duncan was our contact and gave us a first class service. Really friendly and communicative, reassuring and efficient. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he truly went the extra mile. We were buying our house through Cooksleys and Duncan took the lead in getting us a completion date before Christmas so we weren't left in limbo over the festive period. He's even been helpful advising us on possible changes to the property post sale and brought us some bubbly and chocolates - you can't get better than that!

GoogleI would like to thank Cooksleys for helping me make the move to Exeter as smooth as possible. Kym Hamilton, Lettings Co-Ordinator, was a fantastic person to deal with. Always willing to help with a friendly demeanor. From the moment I spoke to her and explained my situation she was willing to help. This alleviated the stress of moving cities and finding good accommodation. Kym and Cooksleys service is very professional and made the renting process very smooth and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them..
