GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a company. House filthy - hasn’t even been hoovered when we moved in. Don’t reply to emails for weeks. If you call them they say ‘sorry’ and that’s it. Charge huge rates for what the houses are.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey don't fix anything. I really wouldn't go through them unless absolutely necessary. Finders fee I had to pay was extortionate (£200) luckily this sort of fee is becoming illegal to charge. for what you pay you really don't get much back. Overall: a disappointing estate agent

Do not go with this company, they have changed the layout of the house after we have signed the contract. They said what we wanted to hear and now we are unable to use a room and to make it worse they are remorseless. AVOID

GoogleSTUDENTS DO NOT USE CARDENS: so many issues!! 7 person house said to be a 6 person house, house full of mould, mould nite infestations, no insulation. I promise spending a bit extra is worth it in the long run.

GoogleTerrible dishonest and uncaring service, no respect for tenants. The house itself was not maintained, practically rotting from the inside out with no evidence that there was any sort of quality control by student cardens. Strongly recommend to avoid.
