We had a great experience with personal agent, we put in a request for a viewing and we had an agent straight away, they were friendly and accommodating for all our questions. When the first viewing wasn’t for us, they already had a few suggestions of properties suited to our needs. They were really wonderful with getting us in our first choice property as soon possible and would definitely recommend them.

Found a buyer within the first few days, very friendly and helpful. I think however that the sold sign went up prematurely and they could have continued to market my property to achieve a higher sale price over the following months while the buyers were getting their own sale in order. Rather than ‘Sold’ it may have been in my better interests to have ‘Under Offer’ during this time.

Our experience with Personal Agent was great. Our home buy was looked after by Adam Latter from Epsom branch of the personal agent. He kept us informed about progress of the sale and in some instances even chased the solicitors on our behalf. Overall the experience from the agency was pretty good.

During the period fighting covid 19 we received no assistance in previewing property in real or handover of which nor tenancy registration to Council. This has disappointed us a bit.

Hi Allen,Thank you for taking the time to write a review.As you were relocating from abroad and moving in on the day that you arrived there was no time for us to show you the property. The keys were made available for you to collect. The negotiator handling your tenancy sent over a video tour and pictures of the property, you agreed to proceed with moving in, without a viewing.Utility bills are something that only the tenant can set up, should you need any help/assistance with locating the suppliers please let us know. The council tax payments would also need to be set up direct with Epsom & Ewell Council.

Had Chris Shelby as our lettings agent, he was great! Patient and helpful throughout. Giving four stars as, while Chris himself was great to work with, the process itself re: referencing and so on was a bit bureaucratic and rigid.
