7Lee, the valuer, was very good and professional but, once we were signed up and passed on to their sales team and then their progressions team, they were more than useless. We have now exchanged contracts and completion is this week but had very little communication from them since selling.

GoogleWe have been using Sheldon Bosley Knight for several years to manage our Buy-to-Let properties, having been inherited by them on their takeover of Timothy Lea & Griffiths. Their service is excellent. If there is ever a problem (a water leak, a boiler fault or something electrical) they are on to it straight away. In many instances they have already contacted a tradesman before they call us. They notified us at the beginning of this month to notify us that a tenant was handing in their notice. Within days they had viewings arranged, three days after that, we had a list of 6 possible new tenants that they had already checked out. They are moving in now. All sorted with no down-time. Josh and his team only Isobel, Micha and others deserve a mention. We could not fault them.

Slooooow. Took nearly three weeks from agreeing to list to first advert. Sold in four days. Very poor communication with buyer meant an easy exchange took 3 months and only last minute. Avoid avoid avoid.

Leanne was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. Leanne asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of, just to make sure there were no hidden issues. Once the sale progressed, Leanne was diligent in making sure all the necessary processes and requirements were adhered to and in place, as well as communicating with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a weekly basis (sometimes more so when required). I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Leanne and the team at Evesham. If I ever need to sell a home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes =) Well done, Leanne. This company (Coventry branch) manipulates chronology, and facts. They lie whenever it suits them! They are not human beings, but ruthless psychopaths lying so brazenly and unscrupulously! I hope one day you feel the full, fitting weight of the humiliation on your own shoulders and back! I can't believe God could create such beings! I pray that I will be protected from such people in the future!
Dear Vesela, We are disappointed you felt the need to leave this review. You were served an eviction notice due to being significantly in arrears with the rent. As a result, you were given six weeks’ notice of the bailiff’s appointment allowing ample time to pack your belongings. Having chosen not to use this time, you were then given a brief period to return to the property to collect your belongings which, after various delays on your part, the landlord took time to meet you on a Sunday to help enable this. The landlord arranged for your items to be moved into one room, which you were told about, so they would be easier for you to collect and so the landlord could start to redecorate the property to be able to let it again. You were given several opportunities to collect your belongings sooner and the landlord was very fair given the circumstances.

GoogleI can't rate Christian and his team highly enough! They are thoroughly professional and they have provided excellent communication throughout our sale. The whole team have a really strong knowledge of the local property market, and any issues or concerns we have had, have been addressed quickly. The quality of the photos taken of our property was outstanding, with great detailed floorplans too. Plenty of notice is given for every viewing that is arranged, and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with. GoogleRecently purchased a house with SBK. The chain was very stressful but Chloe went above and beyond (massively) to get things moving. She was honest and kept me updated regularly with clear information that helped me cope! She was very proactive when others in the chain weren't so. We got there in the end but I'm not sure we'd be in our lovely new house if it weren't for Chloe. When things were tough, gave her a ring and it felt like we'd get a step closer and here we are now in our amazing home! Thanks for everything you've done. 😊

GoogleI recently used the services of SBK Evesham to find a suitable tenant for my flat in Malvern, Worcs. SBK provided an outstanding service to me, overseeing everything from making recommendations about how to make the flat more rentable, locating services for renovations, placing advertisements to attract the right applicants, showing the flat and interviewing prospective renters, creating a 30-page inventory of the flat's condition prior to rental, and finally overseeing contracts between me and the new tenant. I really needed all this help because I live on the East Coast of the USA, 3,000 miles away, and it would have been impossible to do all this myself, especially with all the travel restrictions in place at the moment. SBK were excellent in every way, especially Natalie Brush, who has been totally on-the-ball at every step of the way, and very responsive to all my inquiries. I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie and SBK to anyone in my position- they are great!

GoogleSelling a house can be very stressful but we have to say Christian and the team at the Evesham office made it seem easy. From the very first meeting we were impressed by Christian’s enthusiasm and charismatic personality. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Christian and his team were highly proactive in respect of progress and very responsive to any questions we had. The team dealt with everything including viewings, handling offers and accompanying follow up visits. The result was a rapid sale and a good price. Finally I would like to mention the excellent photography that Sheldon Bosley Knight arranged. Jack and James (Powerhouse Visuals) did a fantastic job. All in all a very positive experience.
