We have recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing our home through Christian Lewis, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Following a family bereavement we engaged Christian to quickly sell a property belonging to the deceased that we did not require. Christian and his team rapidly engaged with this task and within a matter of days had lined up a number of potential purchasers, one of whom made an accepted offer within a week of the property being on the market! Throughout the following process we and our solicitors were regularly kept informed of how the sale was progressing and if there were any concerns that we needed to be aware of. Importantly for us, who are not local to the area, the team picked up and dealt with several onsite issues associated with the property in our absence with no fuss.
