To sum it up - absolutely first class service. We purchased our first home through Christian Lewis and I am so glad we did. The team (particularly James) were absolutely fantastic. We had a bit of a nightmare with our solicitors, and the help and support we received from these guys was second to none. Brilliant communication all the way through and never hard to get a hold of, which is sadly rare with estate agents. We bought a property from Christian Lewis estate agency. We sold our house via a different local estate agency. The service we received was first class. We lost out on a property initially and they were very compassionate with the situation. Soon enough they had found another property we would be interested in. We eventually exchanged today. There were many stumbling blocks along the road due to the buyer or our house. Christian was in regular contact with us and solicitors helping the process along and being very reassuring. Bare in mind we were not directly paying them. I am so impressed with this business and understand completely why they are cornering the market in our local area. The added bonus is he appears to get his customers the best price for their properties. 5 star business. Highly recommend using them.

On a Thursday we gave Christian to go ahead to market the house the following week and arranged for the photographer to come round the following Tuesday. On the Saturday, before the house had officially been put up for sale, Christian said he had someone who was interested, apologised for the short notice and asked if they could see the house. We'd agreed an offer by lunchtime - before marketing had even started! And Christian did a great job negotiating the price we were looking for.

Professional and reliable from the start, Christian Lewis certainly delivered on our house sale and purchase. From the initial conversation Christian made us feel like we were in safe hands and built a strong connection of trust which continued through what turned out to be a long process until completion. With a few issues encountered with our purchase we looked at alternative properties as a fall back and certainly none of the other agents we encountered came across as genuine or interested in us as buyers and we felt were simply a transaction. We were delighted it worked out for the best in the end! In what is undoubtedly a big decision in life and certainly stressful with delays and bumps in the road, the communication was fantastic and certainly felt like personal service.
