Going the extra mile.

ELR were the estate agents for our sellers, but the sales negotiator - Leah Bell -was our source of knowledge about all the transactions in the whole of our chain. She was more forthcoming about progress/holdups than our own agents and kept us informed when things were dragging on ...and on... and on! She certainly appeared to do more than anyone to keep the whole thing on track. We are never ever moving again (!) but if we were I would want Leah to be looking after our sale . I approve of ELR's ethos of keeping stakeholders informed and advised of realistic options, throughout the whole buying/selling process and of their willingness to go above and beyond in keeping their clients updated.

An Incredible Agency - Worth more than 5*****

I have been house hunting for the past six months + and have NEVER come across such an incredible estate agency and staff members as ELR. From the phone call with their agent, the Amazing Alex, to the communications sent to me via e-mail and the actual viewing itself, the entire process merits a gazillion stars. The staff are incredible, their listings fantastic and meeting your specific requirements outstanding. After my viewing, I also received an unexpected call from Kevin asking me how it all went. We had a lovely chat and he was just as warm and friendly as Alex regarding my specific requirements and personal take on the viewing just completed. ELR is absolutely a fantastic agency and one whom now make me hesitant to work with any other agency!

Unhelpful and unprofessional staffs…

Unhelpful and unprofessional staffs dealing with the lettings. I called to ask for updates regarding my maintenance and felt that the staff was so rude and brushing it off telling me to use their fixflo which had so far only has AI replies, and at one point one of his colleague laughing at the back. So rude. If you are a tenant, I would advise to try find other agents.

Superb agent

We’ve been viewing houses for more than 6 months now and have never had such a great experience as we did with Nell! Most agents seem to have very little information about the properties, and the most common answer is “I don’t know”, which is just a total waste of time. Nell, on the other hand, was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question we had. She also gave us lots of useful information about solicitors and the property market in general, which we really appreciated. I honestly wish all estate agents were as helpful, knowledgeable and insightful as Nell!

Great experience selling our house with ELR. We found the company friendly and professional from our first contact with James through to completion. They did a really nice job with the marketing and photography securing a good number of viewings and offers. Once we had accepted an offer the communication on sales progress was first class.
