Our house sale fell through a couple of times however, Wilson wood had a plan straight away and put our minds at ease and still managed to sell and help complete quickly. GoogleWe recently purchased a property on Canvey during the current lockdown and the seller used this estate agency. Although they were not our agency we found them to be extremely helpful, professional and always ready to help with questions and advise us on how things were moving along. George in particular went above and beyond to help when our Buyer was talking about pulling out and went in to panic mode. GoogleAbsolutely appalling we viewed a property traveled a long way was told we was the first to view it and if we liked it to pay a holding deposit and as long as out checks came back it was ours what a absolute lier... I called over 4 times to ask them to send me the holding deposit details to pay .Jamie never called me as promised then I got told we are up against other people by one of he's colleagues. Luckily enough I didn't hand my notice in as I felt like we was bein played around. Totally unprofessional and disgusting how I was treated . 😒

GoogleReally not happy phoned and enquired for a property last week got told we were first in line to view the property and we meet the requirements and if we liked it to make a holding deposit as there were other people interested and to view,got there last wensday viewed it and was told by the guy at the property if you like it to let him know by Friday and to pay a holding deposit by Friday as other people were viewing,so we phoned said we liked it on the day and can we pay the holding deposit to secure it,we then got told by another colleague on the phone the holding deposit was actually to use for referencing as there were other people viewing and then the landlord hasto decide🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Lucky we didn't hand our notice in to our landlord as was told and to make feel we could have it and was told you could move in within the month as we haveto organise things our end!!!!!! Drove 1hour and a half to have our hopes up so glad we didn't hand our notice in very scary!!!!!!! Fuminggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Gavin showed me around the property, I thought how professional and friendly he was. From the moment I put in an offer until I received the keys the whole process was very stressful as it wasn’t a run-of-the-mill sale, but Gavin kept me informed every step of the way even on his day off. There are not many agents you can say that about! The whole team are friendly, and every person I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these agents to anyone, they really DO go the extra mile.

The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. GoogleAwful service. I’m new in London, came here with a stable job for a company I’ve been working for the last 5 years. I found a flat to rent with them, and when I put my offer and was accepted they didn’t tell me the property was given to another candidate until 3 days before the move!! I tried to reach out to them several times and didn’t hear back until the last very moment. Of course they rushed me to transfer a deposit and give them all my personal details but not to tell me the flat wasn’t for me or even there were more candidates, they indeed told me there were not! Awful, I can’t believe I was so naive to trust them, they were not even nice on the phone or responsive to my emails. Now I have to figure it out what to do in 3 days.

GoogleWe are currently buying a property through these guys. Professional service and quick turn around times on any queries we have had. 2 stars because of incomplete advertising. The property in question clearly stated 'No Onward Chain', although grammatically correct there was no mention of this being a company property and them not even being legal owners of it. This delayed the process by a whole month while we waited for the company to get ownership of the property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
