GoogleWe are currently buying a property through these guys. Professional service and quick turn around times on any queries we have had. 2 stars because of incomplete advertising. The property in question clearly stated 'No Onward Chain', although grammatically correct there was no mention of this being a company property and them not even being legal owners of it. This delayed the process by a whole month while we waited for the company to get ownership of the property.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Jamie & the rest of the staff at Wilson Wood I found them to be very welcoming, friendly and informative on their letting policies and what I could expect. Any questions I've had, were answered immediately & renting my property with them has been stress-free & the process completed quicker than expected.

GoogleYou have to constantly chase the lettings department, it's a joke. So unprofessional. Never phone you back, don't even respond to your emails. Promises never ever delivered. This is just a money making business, the director constantly publisiceses how much they do for charities and the community, someone with real intentions to help charities or their community doesn't shout about it so much, it's just an advertisement ploy to get you to like or trust them. Even their own mortgage advisor told my cousin that he was leaving as had enough being swindled by the director.

GoogleEstate agent cancelled the first viewing very last minute after plans had already been completely changed to try to meet the time of the appointment. Then travelled long distance last night to view the house for a second time with my girlfriend, only for us to then be stood up by the estate agents again. Waited outside the house for half an hour after travelling long distance through rush hour traffic, tried calling the office but no response, I'd been given no contact details of the person I was meeting so had no other number to call, tried knocking multiple times but no answer. Awful service from start to finish. Would not recommend.

GoogleVery pleasant and friendly. Made me very welcomed. Extremely helpful and guiding me through things, what was required n needed. Extremely excellent service. Even making payment for deposit and key money was awesome. Once everything was done and completed was done in reasonable time. I would go back to them in the future.

GoogleUnhelpful despite putting in 3 offers 2 where not even put forward and the 3rd Jamie lied to the rental owner making sure we couldn't rent the property now refuses to return our calls and do not keep their appointments ie just not showing up worst property agent on the island
