GoogleThey cheated me one of the property where the agents accepted the offer and sent email just end of day of Friday and he hold me for one and half week for not searching any property then later he said that the owner accepted from the tenant but the property is there in the market more than 4 months as under offer status. I had asked the agent to send me sales memo but he did not do so. So, they are not professional agents. Be careful with them.

GoogleFrom the first meeting of our representative, Jake Latch, there was a relaxed but solid professional approach given to me understanding my needs, my desires and making sure he tailored the selling programme to achieve my expectations. He arranged everything to do with the sale and found a buyer within a few weeks. He made sure the sale process proceeded promptly and professionally smoothing the way for a completion a few weeks later. I have high praise for the professionalism and hard work put in by him. GoogleRecently sold our property through William Rose and we were really pleased with the service we received. Jay, Sean and Gok were all great to deal with; straight-talking, knowledgable, friendly and always picked up the phone. They even managed to sell our property for above asking price. We were unsure whether to use an online agent or go with William Rose - we've had bad experiences with 'traditional' estate agents before, but our experience with William Rose was smooth as anything and they made it all easy. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleTerrible post-eviction service. Tenant has left owing thousands in unpaid rent and damages to the property. I have emailed the agent several times over three weeks ago to claim deposit and damages but no response from William Rose estate agents. When I chased a few weeks ago I was told that it is being "investigated" but two weeks on, no response. I genuinely feel that they are not familiar with how the tenancy deposit protection system works, nor are they experienced in claiming back unpaid rent and damages back from tenants. Very disappointed.

GoogleExcellent experience selling property with these guys. Mine was a sale following a bereavement and Jay was sensitive to this and really efficient in dealing with issues arising, liaising wherever need be and generally pushing things on. The entire sale process was completed in just over 8 weeks and I don't think it could have gone any quicker. Highly recommended!!

As this was the first property I purchased on my own I was a bit of fish out of water but Jay kept me fully updated throughout purchase and everything went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
