Scot, Daniel, Erin and especially Oscar who showed such professionalism and enthusiasm and managed to sell my house in 3 weeks!!! What a pleasure dealing with such a lovely young man, I was always made to feel that I was in good hands. Thank you everyone for all your hard work in helping me along this journey!

GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!! Absolute complete set of incompetent, inexperienced people. Buying and selling properties over two decades i've never had a more awful experience. If you seriously care about getting your property sold or being able to trust that your estate agents represent you fully as clients, DO NOT USE. If you are a buyer, BEWARE. They will repeatedly lie and invent things to get you to complete the transaction, spend thousands only to be left with no property at the end due to inconspicuous circumstances. Be particularly wary of the branch manager Kieran Jones and Charlie Maynard, very very low quality professionals. Once again, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

GoogleSpoke to a guy called Jason numerous times regarding the possibility of viewing a specific property in cherry tree lane, assured me he would call me back once he has heard from the owner, the property has now been sold and still not heard back from him! Very unprofessional and highly untrustworthy. If I were to have a guess Id say he has taken a little bit of cash from someone in order to reserve the property! SCAM! GoogleHad a valuation booked in for today at 12pm and no turned up! When I spoke to the guy who was meant to be valuing my house he said that the contact centre hadn’t booked it in his diary. Very unprofessional service if you ask me!? And to top that off when I said I wouldn’t be using William H. Brown the guy said ‘Brillaint’ and slammed the phone down! Avoid this company and Daniel Flanders at all costs!

My purchase had a few hiccups along the way, but he made the process much easier.
