Excellent service

Sold my house within 2 hours of instructing them. I had instructed an estate agent slightly out of area who said they had several people for my property and were slightly cheaper, what a load of hot air. I had 2 viewings in the first week from people who clearly wanted a much cheaper house but were told we were desperate to sell, so to go and make a cheeky offer!! After that nothing. I had previously talked to Rachel at Town and Country and was very impressed but I was blinded by the cheaper agent who promised the world. When I phoned Rachel and spoke with her again I was impressed by how enthusiastic she was. She came round, told me exactly what my house was worth and what I would get for it and within 2 hours I had 3 viewings booked, the first couple offered the asking price and we were sold. Rachael did exactly what she said she could do. FANTASTIC. A big thank you from Mr & Mrs B x
