TrustpilotFantastic customer service
We have visited several Hopkins developments in our area. All the staff we have met have been lovely, helpful and informative. We felt they were honest and not just trying to sell you extras. The high quality of the builds was one of the main reasons we kept going back to Hopkins despite looking looking at other developers. Fantastic customer service and look forward to moving into our new home.

TrustpilotMy New Home
I completed the purchase of my new home in April 2018.The whole experience has been problem free, money/keys were exchanged without delay. I have had no major issues, any initial concerns have been monitored by the Site and the Head Office team. Would i recommend Hopkins, absolutely, i have no fears that within the 2yr warranty period that any issues will be resolved and with any major purchase having peace of mind is everything.

TrustpilotExcellent Customer Service & Aftercare.
Jonathan, Ozzy and the Construction team at West Bergholt have been outstanding. Since completion, the team wen’t above and beyond to ensure our move was effortless.I would not hesitate to recommend Hopkins Homes. The finish and aftercare we have received has been truly remarkable and by far the best we have ever experienced.

Communication with the sales office has been amazing. I had a couple of requests which were denied. I feel like Hopkins Homes (Corporate) only looks at the bottom line and doesn't really take time to know or be flexible with rare circumstances. As a former business owner myself, my business would not have been successful if we had treated all customers the same.

The customer service has been excellent particularly sharron, who ensured a smoothe experience in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks to all the hopkins team for a great home! Tom and Meg

TrustpilotWe are happy with our new home
We moved into our new home 2 years ago, very well build, only few slags which they sorted out whenever they are formed. The only downside is our garden is rather small which wasn't very clear on the plans when we reserved and there is no electricity in our double garage which i find odd as our neighbours garage have electricity. Overall Good!

TrustpilotHopkins & Moore Indigo Fields Lavendon…
Hopkins & Moore Indigo Fields Lavendon (part of Hopkins Homes )The best advice I can give is not to deal with this Company. Communications if they want something is fast. If you want something is very very very slow. Don't buy extras , use your own Solicitor not one from their list. Only rated as 1 star as nothing lower.

Jrlscaffoldingltd have worked for Hopkins Homes for over twenty years and I have always been struck by the quality of the house they build. Although over the last few years they have become a larger house builder, they retain a quintessential Suffolk feel to their developments , which seem to fit seamlessly into a rural environment.Jon lines jrlscaffoldingltd
