Hi There, I am sorry you had to give us a 1 star rating, i believe this is because you were unsuccessful in a property that you wanted to view that was Let through the landlord and out of our control. We are sorry to have disappointed you and wish that we had more similar properties so that we could have satisfied everyone. I don't feel this deserves you to leave a 1 star rating however and i have emailed you separately in regards to the full events.
