Daniel Brewer are fantastic. Andy whom handled our purchase from the first viewing all the way through to completion was spectacular. It was Andy’s personal, diligent actions and care and understanding of what is a very stressful time made everything so much easier for us. When we were left wondering by others in our chain it was always Andy whom put in the extra hours to find out what was happening and keep us informed. The care he put in to go above and beyond during every single step was outstanding, from the daily phone calls to keep us updated, down to even calling us even if he hadn’t heard anything just to tell us exactly that so we wasn’t left wondering, not something many other agents do in our experience. You will not be upset using Daniel Brewer and they get 5 star plus plus from us . Thank you Andy you and your staff were simply amazing 🤩

I cant Reccomend Daniel Brewer enough. We had our house listed with another agent originally and they were painful. We switched and it was a great decision. Got our property sold and Andy went above and beyond to keep our chain intact after a series of complications. I can safely say without Andy's intervention the sale would of fallen through. From the moment we stepped into the office in Dunmow and met Daniel the whole experience was smooth and incredibly easy. We did not know the area at all and Daniel talked us through everything from schools to local restaurants. He sold the area to us immediately but in such a way that it was all completely genuine. He was a complete expert on the area. We then dealt with Alice and Andy throughout the sales process and both of them went above and beyond. I can only say, what a shock! Completely disconnected from how properties should be marketed. They also need to rethink who they’re sending out to “sell” your home. Based on the evidence we had and the sales techniques used, we challenged their approach and terminated our contract. There are far superior sole agents out there who know how to sell a property properly. Unfortunately we recommended them to a friend and they had the same unfortunate experience! My advise, choose an independent estate agent, they are much more dedicated in selling your property. In response to AB comments: The fact is, you know full well why we instigated withdrawing the property from yourselves. I’ve saved you the embarrassment of not naming and shaming a certain individual, and provided with hard evidence to support our withdrawal. Slack commitment and a number on a spreadsheet is all you are to DB estate agents.

Whilst selling our house with Daniel Brewer, they twice requested that we do something that they explicitly told us our lawyers would advise against (for very good reason), and then they were frustrated (and sulky) when we followed advice from our lawyers. They also attended the property without telling us at least once. I would not advise anyone use Daniel Brewer. It certainly felt that they were not representing our best interests throughout the process, and our lawyers (who Daniel Brewer advised we go with) also advised us that their requests, if followed, would have put us in a precarious position and that they were 'odd' and inappropriate requests coming from an estate agent who should be representing our best interests. Best to steer well clear if you want the estate agents selling your house to be acting in your best interests.

Daniel Brewer just oversaw both our sale and purchase. They are a great example of why you should use a quality LOCAL company. Our purchase was a period property and presented a few hurdles. Andy seemed to know everyone within the area and his personal connections made overcoming those hurdles far easier. Communication was first rate and we could always get straight answers immediately. Daniel Brewer sold my house in a very difficult market in February. Then Covid came along and really messed everything up. We eventually managed to complete the sale, to the same buyer, in mid-October.
