Not had input with estate agents side of Connells, but rather the mortgage advisor Christopher Smith, whose knowledge of the market and mortgage products was invaluable, he helped guide us and updated us on any changes such as a new mortgage offer when the existing one pulled its product, Chris was professional, patient and kept us update on everything. Additionally it was advantages that he worked on Saturdays which is good to know if you work full time, Chris had a good rapport, non judgmental an ultimate professional in his field and an asset to Connells.

Chris was excellent with helping me with my mortgage, I’m a first time buyer I didn’t really know how it all worked, but Chris was really good, he explained everything, anything I didn’t understand he explained how it works, nothing was to much trouble any questions I had he answered or found out for me, he found the best rate he could for me witch allowed me to have more money to do some work on the property I wanted to buy, he always answered the phone, his friendly and was always willing to help I would definitely recommend Chris to any one

Shellie-May has been an absolute superstar through the whole process, updating us back to back and doing her maximum as a mortgage adviser to get us the best rates for our mortgage, even if that meant for her to be waiting for 2h30 on the phone with a lender every day!
