GoogleMe and my girlfriend have just brought our first house. So naturally there were a lot of things that we didn’t know. So in other words we were clueless. The idea of getting a mortgage was completely daunting until we spoke to Shellie- May, from our very first phone call with her she immediately made us feel a whole lot more at ease about the process. She explained everything so well, even I understood which is saying a lot 😂 Shellie- May was so responsive and helpful and always at the end of the phone even if it was just for the simplest of questions. I couldn’t recommend Connells and Shellie- May highly enough. It made buying our first home even more enjoyable and whole lot more stress free!

Paul popped over for a valuation on our property and we got a really good feeling from his visit after seeing a couple of other agents beforehand. Ever since that point, we haven't looked back. Mary has been extremely professional in progressing our sale with regular updates and very quick responses to any queries or concerns. GoogleShellie-May has been an absolute superstar through the whole process, updating us back to back and doing her maximum as a mortgage adviser to get us the best rates for our mortgage, even if that meant for her to be waiting for 2h30 on the phone with a lender every day! As first time buyers, we had no clue of what the process would be, she made it so simple, explaining every steps with ease and turned it into the most exciting experience of our life when I know it might the most stressful for some people... Managing this all through the pandemic and allowing us to have the keys of our house less than 4 months after our offer was accepted. GoogleI can not thank Shannon, Mary and Paul at Connells enough for the time and effort they put into making sure the sale of my property went smoothly by good communication and keeping me updated with the sale and purchase of the properties. When they was a problem in the final stages (no fault of Connells) they went the extra mile and some with Mary coming to my home so i could sign documents on my purchase so that we all could complete successfully and all in these challenging times. GoogleWouldn't recommend as we are still waiting 6 months later for a refund, due to their error in over charging us, when selling our property. Connells have been given every opportunity to resolve this.

GoogleConnells were not my Estate agent, they sold the house I was buying, I have to say that Mary was brilliant, I had lots of contact with her and she really kept me informed of how things were progressing, I was so impressed with her dedication, I hardly had any contact with my estate agent and was very impressed that Mary took the time to contact me so much, I would definitely go with connells next time.

GoogleIn our dealings with O'Connell's we found them very professional and always on hand for any questions that we had in relation to our purchase. Mary was always at the end of the phone for all our queries and if she didn't have the answer there and then she would revert to us when she had.
