GoogleAfter being let down by another company . Nick and Bryony have gone out of their way to help we find a mortgage and help me look for another property . The pair of them have gone out of their way to help me at any time of day . Any question has been answered and explained . The pair of them are a credit to Connells and anyone looking for a mortgage or to buy or sell a property should look nowhere else for great service. I would recommend them to anyone I know

GoogleWe had used Connells to sell our property as well as using their mortgage services. Arron and Rachael have been amazing through the whole process, even with helping us find our perfect home. Due to many reason our move had been a very long winded process including lockdown pausing the process. But throughout all of the stress Arron and Rachael were always so good at chasing up for us and always getting back to us and reassuring us when we needed it the most. We can't thank them enough for all of their help!

GoogleI've recently used the mortgage service this branch offer and I have to say it was excellent. I dealt with Nicholas and he was always professional and knowledgeable. On top of that he came across as a friendly and genuine person. I would have no problem in using Connells mortgage services again or recommending them.

GoogleFirst time buyer was told for ages we could only get a 15%deposit nick took 2 days got us a 10%deposit instead so that was amazing bryony was just on the ball helping us speak to solicitors etc then Ann Marie she was the one that showed us round the house and she also helped out loads just amazing team brilliant people aswell can't thank them enough.

GoogleMy Fiancé and I are first time buyers and we’re really nervous about the whole process. However Nick and Bryony have made the process so easy and have been wonderful to work with. They both took their time to explain exactly what we had to do and we’re both happy to answer any questions we had. We’re can’t thank them enough for how quickly and smoothly they’ve made things for us, over the past few days I feel like they’ve moved ridiculously quickly to get things started for us. GoogleTotally incompetent. Total lack of communication both internally and externally. Their attitude when dealing with their Client is perhaps the worst I have had the misfortune to have met. Do not under any circumstances use this poor excuse of an estate agents
