GoogleWe couldn’t have done this process without Bryony! She was amazing from the very start to the very end. We had a bit of a longer process than others but Bryony was always on hand to help out with anything and everything. Any questions we had, she answered, any chasing we asked her to do, she did, any issues we had, she had them resolved asap! She always made sure we never had any doubts and if we ever did, she reassured us. Nearing the end of the process we were hoping to exchange on a certain date and even whilst she was busy with other things, she made sure to follow up with the right people and got us our exchange on the date we wanted! She was on holiday when we completed and she still went out of her way to send us a lovely message to congratulate and wish us luck!
