They stock good quality of fish and the bakery items are delicious.

Judging by the review you have left it would seem that you are frustrated that we are "driving prices up" which I assume means that you have made an offer on one of our properties that has either been rejected or a higher offer has been made by another party which has subsequently meant that your offer was not accepted.
We can only speculate that this is the case due to not knowing who you are or this could possibly be a fake review.
If this is a real review and our assumption above is correct, then we can only apologise that you have possibly missed out on one of our properties.
We would be keen to stress that ultimately it is the home owners choice which offer they accept on their property and if the offer you made was lower than an offer made by another buyer then in the majority of situations a seller will accept the best offer they receive on their property particuarly if they buyers are in a similar position.
The housing market has an extremely high demand at present meaning that properties are generating a crazy amount of interest and in many situations multiple buyers are making offers on the same property.
This is great news for sellers, but not great news for buyers because the demand is driving prices up and is also meaning that properties are selling in record time.
Obviously this makes sellers very happy as they are achieving great prices for their properties but it its leaving many buyers frustrated as they are competing with so many other buyers when they are trying to buy a property. In this situation there will only be two people who end up happy, the seller and the person whose offer has been accepted. All the other potential buyers are left frustrated, so we certainly sympathise with your situation.
To say that we are "pathetic" and an "asbolute shambles" is in our opinion completely unfair. Are we patheic and an absolute shambles because one of our sellers has accepted an offer that was deemed better and higher than the offer you have made?
We are definitely not "driving prices up unnecessarily", ultimately a property is only worth what somebody is prepared to pay for it and we have a duty to our clients to achieve them the highest price for their property when they have employed us and trusted us to do this job for them.
Looking through your previous reviews we can see that you have left very similar reviews with other Estate Agents so it looks like you have been having the same issue for a while and not just on one of our properties.
We wish you the best of luck with your property search moving forward and really hope that you are able to find your new home and apologise that in this case you were unable to.

We pride ourselves on delivering a 5* service to our clients and if only you knew how hard we work to keep our reviews on this page as high as possible I genuinely think you would think twice about leaving us this negative review just because you dont like our website.
I have checked our system and we have never had any dealings with yourself or even spoken with you which makes your review even more frustrating and injust.
If you think our website is "dreadful" like you have stated then fair enough, but it would be much more constructive if you took the time to contact us to actually engage in a conversation which could be helpful rather than just coming on here and leaving this 1* review on a public domain without a real basis to do so.
You mention us being "too full of yourselves", again we would much rather have a proper conversation to ascertian why you think this.
