I used the Clacton On Sea branch to sell my late mothers property. Everyone was sympathetic at what was a difficult time. They kept me informed throughout and kept the sale moving forward. Im not local and they went over and above getting a meter reading for me. Id highly recommend.

Had a brilliant experience with Bairstow Eves in Bow for letting out our flat in the area. They were helpful, good at communication and got us new tenants quickly and at a rental rate we wanted. We will definitely use them again when we are looking for new tenants.

Awful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

Disappointed really and felt big time let down .Poor communication, poor representation, I even being asked if I like to do the presentation on the house when it's their job to do it ,they have missed key points to present on the house .really theh are working with ppl with lack of training and desire of selling .Keep away ,and avoid using them .

We used Bairstow eves in leytonstone to sell our property. The service was terrible, they put no effort in to the advertisement on zoopla and right move. They showed no enthusiasm during viewings and overall service was poor. Do not use them. Wasted 6 weeks of our time.

You will regret ever contact this company, very unprofessional, gimmick sales tactics to sign you up, once signed up, the property will be left unattended, they will deduct fees as they wish, they are only interested in fees that benefit them and not their customer. the English staffs can't even compose a simple email in English...100% cowboys
