GoogleThe team are knowledgable, personable and professional. I especially want to mention Jo for her great customer service during the valuation and sale of my property, and Callum who was helpful and friendly when showing me around properties. The marketing for my property was fantastic - really liked virtual tour! WhatsApp makes communication quick and easy. Highly recommend the Amos Hockley team!

FacebookI’ve just completed my sale with Amos Estates , Hockley . My flat had been on the market for many months with other agents but from the outset Colin was absolutely sure he could sell it. I had been with both Horizon and Williams & Donovan and was very disillusioned. I had more viewings in a few weeks with Amos than I’d had with both other agents put together. I barely heard from them yet Jill at Amos phoned every week . Their positivity , interest and friendliness throughout was second to none. I got the feeling the other agents lost interest after a couple of weeks when I didn’t find a buyer but Amos never did. I can’t recommend Amos Estates highly enough . Thank you so much

GoogleAmos estates provided an excellent service from start to finish for the sale of my late Mother’s property. The house sale was not without unforeseen problems (no fault of Amos) but Amos were fully supportive throughout and I could not ask for more. Jo Barham in particular was excellent and kept in touch during the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amos Estates.

FacebookAmos treated me well. They were very efficient. I could talk to them about any queries I had & they would answer my questions or sort out my query promptly & professionally. Emma was great sorting out any queries I had when the sale had gone through. Andrew worked really hard in getting people through the door to view my property, he also showed people round when I couldn't, nothing was too much trouble for him. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way with each enquiry who was interested in my property. Andrew is an asset to Amos. I would definitely recommend Amos, the team made my experience selling my home with ease.

GoogleAdvertised a flat as freehold when not. Now changed it. Still haven't answered any questions about the 135k 1 bed flat in Rochford regarding lease period, service charge or ground rent. Advertising without EPC rating which is a legal requirement. Basically shoddy and trying to pull a fast one on first time buyers who don't know what questions to ask. Will be reporting to Trading Standards if they don't get the information on their website by tomorrow.
Sorry you feel this way. There was a mistake on the initial listing where it was advertised as a freehold which we quickly changed. In regards to the lease we emailed you the details and the epc rating (before your review) so very confused on your statement. If you need any further help please contact Colin where he will be pleased to put your mind at rest and answer any further questions you may have.
