Amos have been amazing from the start to the end of buying a house. I can’t recommend them enough. Especially Reece. We have had a bad experience with some estate agents being very pushy at other companies, but Reece was great, he had all the answers we needed and was so helpful and not pushy at all, which made us want to stick with Amos. Recently sold my property and the level of service received throughout from Amis was outstanding! Our sales chain was a little longer than we had hoped for but the support received from both Colin and Jo was exceptional and they went way beyond what was expected. Amos utilise whatsapp, which may seem a standard mode of communication, but is not typically used by other Estate Agents, but such an effective way of keeping us fully informed of progress and developments which is invaluable. Frankly the alternative is to wait for other Agents to return calls which never happen !! Based on the above i would highly recommend Amos for any future house sales !! Thanks again Colin and Jo

Colin and Amos Estates are a credit to and a pillar of the community. They helped us to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, donated, set up a stall outside of their shop to fundraise, and highlighted our work numerous times on social media. That is just for us, they have done the same for countless others. Whenever there is a community project or fundraising, they are at the heart of it. A wonderfully generous team, and I’ll certainly be using them if we ever decide to move!

Even though we haven’t actually purchased a house with Amos estate agents we were really impressed with the new member of the sales team Reece. We have come across many pushy estate agents from other companies and Reece was very relaxed and down to earth during our viewing which completely put us at ease and we really appreciated his honesty and transparency when answering our questions. Despite still being on our house hunting journey Reece has now been going above and beyond to find properties which suit our preferences and I am confident that we will be able to find our first home with him or at least point us in the right direction!

I thought I would leave a quick review to thank AMOS for supporting us whilst purchasing a property listed with them. Throughout our year journey trying to secure our new home, they have answered every question we have had for them, arranged multiple viewings for us and you could tell they were rooting for us, even when the seller unexpectedly raised his price. We did finally get the property after a rollercoaster of a ride and AMOS were a big part of that. The only criticism I would have was that when our seller re-entered a chain just as we were looking to exchange, they were unaware and this caused complications with exchange, however the seller of the property hadn't been the most helpful in several situations and I can imagine this was not entirely their fault. Thanks again for the support with special thanks to Izzie, Colin and Callum for your swift communication.

Amos Estate Agents really do look after the community. They will collect shopping for our older generation in bad weather, they are happy to help others raise money for charity, but also help charities themselves. At Xmas they have our children post letters to Santa, then they post letters back from Santa to the children, helping to make it a magical time for them. Amos was used when we purchased our property six years ago and were more than helpful after the purchase. We would definitely give them our business if we were to sell.

The photos by Jo where excellent, Jo understood our wishes and wasn’t pushy, she went at our pace during the whole process keeping in touch every couple of weeks until we were ready to market our property. The guys were brilliant, they've handled two sales for us now and we couldn't be happier. Rob came round and valued the property, took pictures and got it all on Rightmove etc, Andrew was on point making sure that we had plenty of viewings and made the right decision when it came to accepting offers. From Jo's valuation, to promptly securing a buyer, Isabelle's sales progression and lots of help along the way from Colin, we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Amos were also able to find us a new house, meeting our specific criteria, keeping our sale and purchase under one roof. We would highly recommend Amos Estates to other sellers in Hockley, particularly as they have such a good knowledge of their prospective buyers and are able to value realistically. Other agents locally seemed to want to tell us a higher figure just to secure our listing and were slow at responding to enquiries to view, unlike the Amos team who know their stuff!
