Savills generated lots of interest in our sale and managed the viewings, offers and period through to exchange and completion well with clear channels of communication which was essential given the unprecedented circumstances. Our main concern was that we only had less than 30 days to find the right place, negotiate terms, go through the paperwork, move and settle during the summer, one of the most, (if not the most) busiest season for relocation and moving.
