GoogleWe bought our house through Knight Frank Esher 7 years ago and sold it again this year through them. I can testify they are equally good from both sides of the fence. They have been professional, proactive and honest throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleBella and Matt worked very hard to ensure our sale reached a satisfactory conclusion. It was a tricky situation at the end with competing buyers and Bella dealt with it very professionally. I was also impressed by the out of hours commitment to communications via phone, email or meetings in person.

Having looked into this for you and following your discussion with Sarah this week, I can see we have been in regular communication with your PA and I believe there may have been a misunderstanding with regards to the managed service we are able to offer. Unfortunately, we are unable to instruct works without the landlord's authority, unless it was a genuine emergency. Therefore, we were chasing your query as regularly as possible but due to the landlord sourcing a second quote themselves, a delay has arisen. We have kept you regularly updated on the status of the works and will expedite this as quickly as we can. I believe this has now been approved and everything is underway for you however should you feel the need to discuss anything further, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
