Yet another letting agent that view tenants as being a lower class in society. If you want to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues and contract negotiations handled professionally I would try someone else

If I could give them no stars I would!They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.
