The first two agents recommended were not following the Clever guidelines. The Clever team quickly set us up with another set of agents. The agent we chose set up photos the day after we told her the house was ready for market. She held an open house the Saturday after list and we got six offers. Communication was good. All the paperwork was handled by our agent and her team quickly and efficiently. Our house just closed. Yay!
