"Leave out offensive words"... ok wow. Well, I had a great experience. The agent who was assigned to us Lana Johnson was exceptional. Everything was easy and painless. The house took a little longer to sell than I had assumed but I believe it was because of timing. We listed right after Thanksgiving and between the holidays and the election the market was weird.
