Going with Clever actually cost me more than if I had used a regular commissioned realtor. The realtor Clever directed me to did minimal to sell my home and never even had an open house. Lazy and unprofessional. I took a loss on my sale and was disgusted with the entire experience.i would never recommend Clever.
