Katie, Ria and Joe, who I have main dealings with, have been brilliant. When you have a query or a concern, they are very quick to reply.My first tenant did not go well, but the team were there to guide me every step of the way.Now the team have found me a lovely family who are in the house and they have been fantastic tenants.I am eternally greatful of all the work the team put in, to ensure that we as landlords as well as tenants are looked after properly. Thank you.I have been with them 3 years and have no regrets at all and they come highly recommended by me.

FacebookAbsolutely terrible service. They did not even bother to check the property my partner and I have moved into, after the old tenants moved out. It is filthy and there are heaps of rubbish and other junk left everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this for you and can see you had correspondence with our Senior Property Manager who informed you that the cleaners will be returning the same day (Friday 1st October) to complete the clean and that all of the rubbish will be collected and disposed of by Monday 4th October at the latest. You were notified of this at the time and you thanked us for getting this rectified swiftly. We did not realise there was still an issue?

When we put the house on the market we had 5 different agents value our house. They were all very good, however Richard from The Personal Agent impressed us most. Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.Everything happened on time, photographs, marketing of our house, viewings etc.The house went on the market on the Thursday, viewed by 7 people Friday/Saturday2 offers Monday morning. House sold! Kept up to date by his office as to how the chain was proceeding.

Cat at the Ewell office has been brilliant. It is very refreshing to find an estate agent that actually takes on board a sellers requests comments and acts on them. Professional and courteous at all times, with excellent time managements skills proven by the fact she always does what she says she is going to do And in her given timescales. If you are selling your house through this company , I highly recommend you ask for her personally to handle the sale for you.
