Hi I am in a position to rent a house with my family. We are both non smokers and need a pet friendly home as most people do that love animals like their children. I was emailed to say a property I liked would not take pets. Knowing my pets don’t bark, scratch or chew and are better behaved than my children, I called back to see if anyone could help me. Katy the property manager hears how sad I was and even after the landlord refused pets on my initial enquiry she agreed to see me. On meeting the landlord she listened and was very happy for me to have them in her home ( covered in cream carpets!) If it were not for the persistence and tenacity of Katy I would never have been able to even be given the opportunity to view. THANK YOU KATY AT THE PERSONAL AGENT!
