Chessington Branch (+Ian at Ewell!) They negotiated dogs, puppies, cats and us!! No mean feat 😂. As well as being professional they were friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble (even the ‘in shop’ visits with Looney Luna!). I’ve been thinking about moving for 10+ years and they’ve been with me all the way! Can’t thank you all enough. Thank you so much guys!

We used Nicholls Residential to both rent and subsequently sell our house in Chessington and were extremely impressed with the service. Though lots of things were really good, the biggest stand-out feature was how determined they were to help us get a tenant and then a buyer. Nicholls really put the effort in to get people through the door to view the property, and then made sure they followed up with them, giving us feedback on a weekly basis. If you have a property to either rent or sell I can’t recommend them enough - I very much felt that Nicholls were on my side and were looking after my interest, which was especially good since we were not living locally at the time. A great service.

GoogleI can only say that Nichols Residential people dealing with this sale were professional and helpful to the extreme. NR delivered this sale in an uncertain time of market at near enough the asking price. The price of their service was competitive and their experienced team was always there to offer advice and support. This was a difficult sale/purchase and without the dedication of the NR team, there was a real risk of it falling through more than once. Steering the process and ensuring that all goes smoothly, Nichols Residential even took on tasks that other agents in the chain were supposed to deal with. They negotiated on our behalf with solicitors, agents, buyers and sellers all the way to completion. A greal local team. Highly Recommended.
