I rented with Hamptons for 4 years in West Hampstead. Our property manager (Holly) was always helpful and responsive and any small issues with the flat were sorted out fast. Moving out was also smooth and we got our deposit back without hassle. Very good experience overall

GoogleI recently purchased a house which was being sold by Hamptons Epsom. I was very impressed with the service in terms of keeping us updated and pushing the sale along to achieve the desired outcome. I also used Hamptons in selling my house (a different office) and could not fault them, I would recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell.

Recently my washing machine tripped the whole flat’s electrics. First thing Monday morning an appliance specialist was sent to the house to have a look and resolved the problem. Petrina ensured the specialist visited promptly and followed up what would happen if it couldn’t be fixed.

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

Hamptons has managed my property for at least 5 years. They have been excellent and responsive. Ms Lucy Desborough, the senior property manager has looked after my property very well and has been extremely efficient in helping with repairs needed, keeping the property in good order and attending promptly to the tenants requests. Highly recommended.
