Superb job done! Ian, Tanya, Luke and other team colleagues at Douglas Allen Epping were brilliant in helping us sell our flat, which was completed last week. We have used Douglas Allen for buying/selling of property for the past ten or more years and the reason why is because of the outstanding professional, knowledgeable and friendly service they have provided and continue to do, which is great! I first met with Ryan Gissing who helped us through the first stage of placing our house on the market. They were so helpful with our situation, as we already had a property agreed to buy, they helped us and assisted both parties to make sure we were happy and had all yhe support we needed. We are still going through the process, Lisa has continued to check on us and showed a real personal touch by remembering personal details which made it feel more than just a transaction. Tanya has continued to support and is making sure everyone in the chain is aware of the outstanding tasks, she is making the process fill a lot smoother as we dont need to communicate with the solicitors as she is being a very helpful middle person. Positive Experience - Outstanding Sales Progressor

I bought with them and have now sold with them 4 years later and Natasha has been incredible. She’s kept me sane through my stressful moments and has been on the ball throughout! An estate agent who listens

Ian was extremely helpful and found my wife and I the perfect property within our budget. We were trying unsuccessfully to find a house in Epping when she spoke to Ian. He listened to our requirements and budget and suggested a few properties, one of which I was not interested in. Over the following weeks Ian kept suggesting we visit this property, as it had everything we wanted and more. Eventually I agreed to go if only to stop him going on about it. I walked into the house and could not believe the space downstairs, by the time we saw the first floor we decided it was the home we were looking for. The process of selling and buying property is never straight forward, but Ian and the team were very supportive and good communication made the process less stressful than we anticipated.

Couldn't have asked for more!! Jack not only found our buyer in super quick time, he also played a key role in getting us to the point of exchanging. Unfortunately there were a few complications within the chain but Jack and Denise went over and above to ensure we got there. We procured a number of quotes before settling with Douglas Allen and are very pleased we did, my wife and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. You may be able to find a cheaper agent but I very much doubt they could match the level of service Jack and Denise extended to us. Very impressed

Great customer service. Initially, we had doubts engaging Douglas Allen due to a negative past experience. But we were so pleasantly surprised when we met and got to know Jack when undertaking our property search. Jack is very professional, he took the time to listen to the needs of the family and therefore was able to identify the right properties. Jack is knowledgeable about the properties and areas we looked at, which was very helpful to us as some of the areas we visited were new to us. Did his job with grace and humility - never pushy and nothing was too much of a problem - we tested his patience a few times! Jack was so good at knowing what we would like, it made things so easy and meant we did not have wasted journeys (handy when with children and elderly relative in tow) - we really didn’t want to deal with anyone else.
