GoogleI can not fault Ian at Duncan Phillips, he helped progress my sale from start to finish and really took the stress out of the whole process. Would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in Waltham Abbey.

Terrible service , a company that really do not care about the people who live in these blocks. They would not return calls and wouldn't respond to complaints . They left our building in such a state then palmed it off onto another managing agent. If they manage you properties get everything in writing and prepare to be disappointed
