FacebookUsed Howard and the team on numerous occasions for office premises and personal business with accommodation. Always thorough and certainly has a great reputation in and around my area. You don't see them signs everywhere for nothing, this company knows its business and does it extremely well.

GoogleAs a letting agents I definitely DO NOT recommend.they do not look after the property’s their paid to.I’ve lived in my home for over 15 years & since I’ve had Duncan Phillips looking after the property,I never get anything fixed.I report things & they just ignore me.so then the jobs gets worse & end up costing the landlord so much more money which I feel is so wrong,seeing that’s what they get paid for & is their job.so if you want your home looked after DO NOT use these to rent your property out.

GoogleEstate agents have a reputation for being surly and arrogant; I found Duncan Phillips to be quite the opposite. I dealt mainly with Keith and David. I found them both to be very understanding, helpful, offered lots of useful advice and most importantly, very approachable. Excellent team and service. Recommend.

GoogleUPDATE: Keith has called and apologises for not getting back to me. He has explained the set backs that are beyond his control. This is good and does give me a little bit more trust in them, for that I give them 2 more stars. I am still waiting to hear from Keith on an offer I've put in over a month ago. First time I went to see the property I was outside waiting for 10 mins, we knocked on the door no reply. So we called the office and the lady informed she would call the agent. Keith came out 2 mins after from the property. We went back to see the property a second time and at that point we placed an offer, it was the highest offer at that time. Keith said leave it with me I will call you back, two weeks later from that I decided to call Keith, he acknowledged me, repeat the offer I've put in and said he would call me back. 2 weeks later, nothing. I saw an email I got from the agency informing of an update. Keith sent it, I replied and told keith I'm still waiting to know if my offer been accepted or turned down. He informed he believe an offer been accepted and he would call me back. It's a week since and keith still hasn't informed me if it has been accepted or not. I assume it wasn't. But I can only assume at this point as I do not know for sure. Totally unprofessional.

GoogleDuncan Phillips are an absolute disgrace of a management company, signing off on low quality maintenance while charging an exessive overseeing charge, you will never hear from them unless its asking for money. 6 times water has come through my ceiling mainly to do with poor workmanship when Duncan Phillips had pipework repaired (poorly), the insurance claim has been approved over a year ago yet no one has come to do the work. They charge £8000 for communal areas to be decorated, very poor standard, their manager came to assess and deemed it acceptable, using white silicone and painting it black, cutting in missed by over an inch in areas, paint smeared over my front door, woodwork not prepped properly and is now peeling off. Steer clear of Duncan Phillips!!

GoogleMy experience of Duncan Phillips has only been online, I have used their website to look at properties and found it very easy to use and the information on each listing was clearly provided. I have had email communication with one member of staff and it was carried out in a very professional manner, in fact, I was very impressed as Duncan Phillips went above and beyond in their reply to me.

GoogleAppalling Company steer well clear. They managed Miller Heights in Maidstone very bad to the point that there is so much repair work required by the new management company to deal with. The staff just do not care and are more interested in the number of properties they manage for cash flow... I was quite surprised that no one else has left a review on here.
