21 Viewings And Not One Offer

Douglas Allen Walthamstow, made many promises but could not fulfill them. The branch booked in 21 viewings and not one offer was made. This was terrible. Also they get you stuck into a 20 week contract and you can not do anything about it. I have wasted a lot of time with them and have missed out on many new potential property’s.

Rude and Unprofessional!! Offered a price for a house which was rejected then a week later the house is up for the offer I originally put down. They obviously pre judge clients. Really want to be selling with them?? When I spoke with the sales agent she transfers my call right through to the manager who just blags everything!

After we accepted the offer, Natasha the sales progressor was really helpful, always returned our calls, and was able to get through to the conveyancers which I was seldom able to (I wouldn't recommend their conveyancing partners, choose a good local solicitor instead!).
