As a FTB, Sarah and Robin were very proactive in getting all the information that I needed in order to make an informed decision in buying the right property. Before I spoke to Will, I struggled to get a mortgage and was concerned I wasn't going to be able to get unto the property ladder however after meeting with Will and him reviewing my unique circumstances, he recommended next steps and within 4 days I received a mortgage offer on a competitive rate.Post purchase, the service has been excellent and the team is still answering any questions I have. Chadwell Heath Branch excellent service

Chadwell Heath Branch - excellent!From the time we met Michelle we felt we could just relax and let her and her team get on with the sale of our house. We had been with another agency and basically wasted the whole summer. In 3 days Michelle and the Chadwell Heath team booked in 60 viewings for the open day, then sent round 2 agents to greet the viewers while we left them to it. It was amazing, we walked away seeing queues of interested buyers on our drive. We love the online service, you can see the offers coming in and they certainly did, for the asking price and more. Our house sold to a buyer from the open day, basically 3 days to sell it. The team continue to help with regular weekly updates on each stage of the sale process. As we move towards the finish line, a big thank you to Michelle and her sales team plus Charlotte and Tanya for the updates. Have already recommended you to friends and neighbours.

My husband and I cant thank Douglas Allen enough, every one was so helpful, I admit to finding the whole process a bit stressful, however with people such as the wonderful Chelsea Baldwin on your side things were a lot easier. Adam Jabbar, Jo Butler and Dave Tomlins were great as the sales team. Douglas Allen isn't the cheapest in the High St, I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for, the fee was money well spent.... Thank you all....!!!!

Rude and pushy staff

Dealt with the Saturday team Spencer and Alastair today. Wasted my time in bringing me in to tell me someone had put in an offer of the property I was interested. Rude and Pushy overall wasn’t interesting in showing me property’s unless I went with their mortgage adviser.Think this reply is absolutely ridiculous. There was no need to liar in order to bring in to your office, how does this have a ‘friendly approach’ when your staff are blunt and rude? No other agencies needed to find out if I am in a strong position, as I already had a mortgage in principal set up. This just show how unprofessional and inexperienced your company is!!

Bought our first property though them and they made the process very easy. From the start to the finish, Joe and his team provided the best service to us. We were shown around different properties by the excellent Adbul who comes around so humble and we could see how much pride he takes in his job. Chigwell branch were a pleasure to deal with

Robin Bowden, Branch Partner at Chigwell was very professional at all times and his knowledge of the area and how best to market the property was first class. I was concerned about the sale of my property in Chigwell as I didn't live in the area, but Robin had done his research and put me at ease straight away. Within the first few weeks there was a huge amount of interest and the property finally sold at the asking price. Robin took full responsibility in the negotiating and processing of offers and he managed to achieve the full asking price with buyer's in the strongest position to proceed with a successful completion.Robin's Team in the Chigwell office were all very helpful in Robin's absence, particularly Sarah who put me in touch with a clearance company and I entrusted her to deal with that matter efficiently. As I didn't live in the area, it was never any problem for a member of the Team to check the property and take meter readings. Such a relief for me to know that everything was safe in their hands.Overall an excellent experience!

After 7 months without a real offer on my house sale I thought changing Estate agents would do little. Steve Ford, came, he saw, he sold! He came well prepared with all the information to back up his claims to make a sale and to make the very best representation of my property. The property photos or the board never got out, they sold it the same day.Steve has the backing of a good network and excellent team members - sales manager khaleesha Said-Loveday has been an excellent and diligent support throughout the process. Disgraceful Estate Agent with no shame

In April 2019 a house came up for Sale on Mortlake Road ilford. We went to view the house and absolutely loved it. However.....Douglas Allen ruined EVERYTHING. Because we had a buy to let mortgage we were advised by Nabeel one of the consultants there that due to the property having polystyrene ceilings we were unable to buy it as when it came to valuation it would be a nil valuation. What a lie! I was advised by other agents that that should not have been a reason for me to be turned down. I had everything they required to buy the house...I even used their Solicitor which I was advised by Ali another consultant at Douglas Allen that if I used their solicitor I would be in a better position to buy the house as the sale would go through easily if accepted. My elderly parents loved the house we even put the highest offer as was told by Ali but Nabeel turned us down. He made us run around and gave the house to someone else. I compaoned to them and their senior told me that as the other party had all documents acted 'swiftly' the house was given to them. That is a lie! Simply because on the first viewing as soon as we viewed the house that same day we put offer forward and got our stuff together. They really upset me and my elderly parents. They promise but do not deliver. A bunch of cowboys! We did EVERYTHING they had asked and they turned us down. I think they get joy out of making people run around. They should understand that buying a house is a stressful time and they should help people fulfill buy their dream home not play chess with human lifes!

Completion on my dream property in under 2 months

Speechless. Truly lost for words, after searching for property’s in barkingside for months with no luck, I found my dream property before it was even on rightmove thanks to Hasan he worked really close with myself to understand exactly what I needed and gave me a call as soon as he heard about the property coming onto the market. We viewed the same day however was spectacle as the property was going through there new modern auction, however immediately Zak& Hasan felt me at ease and explained the procedure. I was confident enough to put a large deposit before completion and now in under 2 months have completed. Hasan was very helpful throughout I am convinced I still wouldn’t have found a property if it wasn’t for him.
