Declan was very helpful, responsive, and made certain the sale was completed even while I was overseas. He helped my mother buy a home, and helped us sell a home in Co. Wexford. Even when tough situations arose, he prevailed and interactions were always professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I appreciate that the basics were delivered, but the process lacked a sense of care or attention. It felt more like I was going through a system than being supported through a service.

We had a great experience with Ruth Willoughby in selling my parent's house. Ruth gave me very helpful advice on preparing the house for sale from decluttering to painting. Ruth also put me in touch with local reliable workmen who could do this work which was a great help. As well as a strong understanding of the market and of property values Ruth had a good knowledge of prospective buyers and she guided us in the right direction so that the sale went through with no stress. I would definitely recommend using Ruth Willoughby.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.I called them for update then the agent called back and ask what can they help me???After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

Residential House Sale

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office. For any future purchases or sales we may endeavour on within Eds scope area there would be no one else we would choose.
