Outstanding Service from Start to Finish.

We recently purchased our home through Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary Kinsella, and Linda Christopher was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive and proactive from start to finish. Linda regularly went above and beyond, keeping us updated, following up with solicitors on both sides, and making sure nothing stalled unnecessarily. At times she felt more like a project manager than an estate agent, always helping to keep the transaction moving. We really appreciated her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Delighted with the service from Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella in Enniscorthy who managed the sale of our holiday home in Caim, Enniscorthy. Ruth Willoughby was our primary contact and provided the initial valuation and pre sale advice. Ruth took advantage of the early market interest and arranged multiple viewings in the first couple of weeks after launching. While we expected that it might take 6 or 8 months to sell, we had sale agreed within 3 weeks at a price just above asking. Ruth and Declan were brilliant throughout the process and we couldn't have asked for more. Ruth maintained regular contact and kept us informed right up to final close. Well done Sherry Fitz.

With multiple Buyers pulling out due to inability to secure their finances. Ruth respected our decision to stick to our original sale price, and continued to show the property. Ruth eventually successfully closed the sale. We also, had the property managed by them and they did an excellent job.

As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Very disappointed in my dealings with them. The person I delt with had this annoying habit of wanting to talk at the same time as I did which made conversation difficult. Listening was a skill they never really grasped. They never responded to me when they said they would. I kindly pointed out to this person that after only one day of dealing with them they were already breaking their promises they kindly returned the keys of the property to me which was a blessing. I remember having used their services in the past as well and the memories were also not positive.

Just last week I have received the keys to my new home. This wouldn't be possible without the amazing Linda Christopher who was taking care of the sale. We purchased a small run-down house in Enniscorthy as a second home (we live in England) in 2022 through Sherry Fitzgerald. After renovating it and upgrading the insulation we found ourselves in a position of being unable to manage it so we re-sold in late 2023. The auctioneers were so impressive when we were buying that we went back to them for the sale. We were not disappointed! Ruth was excellent on both occasions, keeping us informed and updated on progress. She was also very communicative so we never had to worry about anything. Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

I had the pleasure to view two houses on the market by Sherry FitzGerald and dealt with Declan and Ruth, both very professional and knwledgable, no issue with any of my many questions. No problem to leave the deposit for the first house on the account, to avoid all this going back and forth on the banks, since that house did not work out. I viewed the second house with Ruth, it was a very easy going viewing no rushing or anything, time for my questions and really accomodating me, as I was mentally putting thoughts into furnshing the house, well knowledgable about the neighborhood which is also important.
